Congratulations on being accepted in to the 2024 London Erotic Art Exhibition!

We are excited to show your work!

Your work will be shown in a prime London location, on South Bank in OXO Tower Wharf.  This is only a stone’s throw from the Tate Modern and in an area with a lot of passing traffic.

Following our coverage last year in LadBible, we expect an even bigger turn out this year.

A lot of work goes in to getting this event up and running each year.  We do not have funding or investors and rely purely on artist participation and tickets sales.

We need to pay a team to receive your work, store it safely until the event, transport the work to the event, carefully unpack and keep packaging aside and organised, hang your work, protect your work during the event, potentially sell your work, and then de-install when we close.

For this service, there are 2 fees (see below).

Fee 1 (mandatory): £15 to cover all handling up until and including hanging your work.  This includes if you drop your work to us ready for us to install.

Fee 2 (optional):  if you are coming to the venue and removing your work from the wall and taking home yourself, you do not need to pay this.  If you need us to remove your work from the walls and repack, and prepare for someone to collect (friend / courier), then this is mandatory.

Please note, if you do not pay Fee 1, your work will not be shown in the exhibition.  Please do not ship your work to us without paying this or your work will be left in our temporary storage facility at the disposal of the storage company.  If you do not pay Fee 2 and then later ask us to de-install your work after the event, this will only be possible once you have paid.  Any work left at the event will be disposed of since we don’t own the venue and do not have storage facilities once the event has started.  If you wish to donate your work after the event, please let us know in advance on the appropriate forms you need to send back with your exhibition agreement.
