EAL print service for artists

New to EAL for 2025 is the print service! Which is an easy and cheap way for artists to sell and make money from their work utelising EALs support!

This service was formally only available to the selected artists, but it is now open to the larger erotic art community, it is intended to be a way of making some money to put towards the next show, as well as promoting and making a bit of money for you guys :)

The prints will sold on the EAL website, and across all days of the exhibition. The money made from the prints will be split, with 60% going towards the artist, and 40% going towards the running costs of EAL. 

In terms of payment scheduling, at the end of each month, I will assess all of the sales, count up the prints sold, and transfer the 60% to the artists whose prints sold (see table below for how much you’d expect to recieve per print sold)

So, how can you get involved?

For artists who are interested in getting prints made of their artwork, they would need to:

- Email me with high quality images (PDF files work best for printing) of their work (this can be works selected for the show, or other works)

- Include in the email: Artist name, Artwork name, Artwork medium, date the work was produced

- Pick appropriate sizes from the list of sizes (I can provide other sizes, just get in contact and ask :))

- Once I approve the artwork (I will need to check the sizes and image quality) I will send you an invoice and a print service contract. The fee that the artists pay cover just the costs of getting the artwork printed,you can get and idea of the prices below. I will also contact you for a PayPal (if not available, bank details work) so I can pay you once I receive print orders.

- Once I receive the fee and signed contract, I will order the artwork prints, and may need to email you to approve the print.

- Once I receive the prints in the mail, I will list them to the EAL site, and when orders come in, I will pack and ship them from here :) I will also promote the prints (and you guys of course) on the EAL website and social media.

- On the last day of each month, I will count the print orders, and money needed to be transferred to each artist, and will send that money within 7 days.

- Over the exhibition weekend, we will have a stall with all of your art prints on it, we will track all print sales and transfer those 60% profits to the artists within 14 days.

Below, is a table which has the print sizes, quantities, printing fees, and the price we will be selling each print at. So, give that a browse to see which option could work best for you. The options I’ve picked get the maximum amount of prints for your money :)

For simplicity’s sake, we will currently only be offering 250gsm, silk prints. I may be able to offer more options in future, if this doesn't work for your art, do let me know.

When prints get listed on the EAL website, I will promote as much as I can, but it’s also important for the artists to do the same so we can have a better chance of selling prints :)
